I came across this stock footage while looking for something else. The song You Know I Hate It (How The World Moves On) by Yndling happened to auto-play while I was browsing through it, and the two just locked together in a way that felt like I just uncovered something. It was as if the work had already been made and I was just now finding it. 

Bringing these images into the physical space was really interesting. The light catches differently depending on where you are standing, pulling certain elements forward and pushing others back. The frames almost feel animated as you walk past. It’s like the video holds the larger narrative, but each frame carries its own little world.
